HPL

HPL panel is used in the production of external and internal doors. The HPL board is produced in laminate presses using high pressure and temperature. The hardened polyurethane-acrylic resins are durable and resistant, also to unfavorable weather conditions. The HPL door panel presented here is therefore a product of the highest quality and can be successfully used for the production of entrance doors.

The outer layer of the sandwich panel is a double-sided white HPL laminate, resistant to various weather conditions. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) was used for the production of the core. This door plate is intended for both interior and exterior use.

Door panel is covered on both sides with HPL laminate, on the surface of which a special decorative foil was used. Its core, however, is made of high-quality extruded polystyrene (XPS), thanks to which the proposed sandwich panel is very hard and surprisingly light.
