Classic-Therm® GFK standard
Sandwich panel, the outer layer is made of polyester-glass laminate, the core of the panel is polystyrene foam (XPS). Thanks to its high resistance to UV radiation, weather conditions, as well as the temperature range, it is perfect as a thermal insulation panel for any type of vehicle.
Classic-Therm® GFK standard HC
Classic-Therm® GFK sandwich panel standard HC. HC panels available in this offer are available in five different widths. You can choose a panel with a width of 2000 mm, 2100 mm, 2200 mm, 2300 mm and 2500 mm. Their maximum length can be up to 7000 mm. There are also two thicknesses of the outer layers: 1,5 mm and 1,7 mm. The outer layer of the HC plate is highly resistant to UV radiation.
Classic-Therm® GFK standard PUR
Sandwich panel, the outer layer is made of polyester-glass laminate, with a smooth surface with slightly visible embedded glass fiber, while good resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions. The core of the sandwich panel is polyurethane foam (PUR).
Classic-Therm® GFK standard PT
The core of the sandwich panel is an innovative recycled foam with low weight and high mechanical strength. The outer layer of this sandwich panel is a polyester-glass laminate with a smooth surface with slightly visible embedded glass fiber, while being resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation.
Classic-Therm® GFK standard EPS
Composite panel with EPS core (expanded polystyrene) intended for superstructures of car bodies. This impact-resistant board is covered with a high-quality laminate in the Standard version with a slightly visible embedded glass fiber.
Classic-Therm® GFK powerlight
Sandwich panel with XPS core (extruded polystyrene), ideal as a trailers bodywork. A refrigerator trailers or a container trailers are types of delivery vans in which applied. The impact-resistant board is covered with a high-quality glass-polyester laminate with a special high-glass roving fabric.
Classic-Therm® GFK stucco
Composite panels for the vehicle construction, where the core of the panel is extruded polystyrene (XPS). On the outer layers, Stucco, a polyester-glass laminate with high impact resistance with a “bubble” structure, was used. The plate is intended for superstructures of trailer bodies.
Classic-Therm® GFK powerlight HC
Sandwich panel for building trailers bodies on both sides of glass-polyester laminate with a very high glass content and a mesh with a special weave embedded in the material, which makes the material extremely resistant to impacts. The laminate has excellent resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions and is approved for contact with food. The core of the plate is a polypropylene honeycomb (HC).
Classic-Therm® GFK powerlight PUR
Composite panel for superstructures of car bodies, the core of which is PUR polyurethane foam. The outer layers consist of Powerlight laminate with a very high glass content and embedded roving fabric, which makes the material extremely resistant to impact and damage.
Classic-Therm® GFK powerlight PT
Composite panel for superstructures of car bodies. The core of the board is innovative PT foam 100% recycling with low weight and high mechanical strength. On the outside of the board there is Powerlight – a polyester-glass laminate with a very high glass content and a mesh embedded in the material. Surfaces resistant to UV and weather conditions.
Classic-Therm® GFK powerlight EPS
A sandwich plate designed for vehicle construction. The core of the board is EPS (expanded polystyrene), while the outer layer is made of impact-resistant Powerlight laminate with embedded special roving fabric.
Classic-Therm® GFK highgloss
Sandwich panel with glass-polyester laminate with a high gloss surface finish. Resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions. The GFK Highgloss board is perfect for applications requiring high aesthetics. The core of the board is extruded polystyrene (XPS).
Classic-Therm® GFK highgloss HC
Double-sided plate for automotive manufacturing, with high-gloss Highgloss polyester-glass laminate. The inner layer is a polypropylene HC honeycomb. Panel intended for superstructures of car bodies, delivery vans, trailers or, for example, as sanitary facilities.
Classic-Therm® GFK highgloss PUR
The core of the board is polyurethane foam (PUR). The outer layers are Highgloss polyester-glass laminate with high gloss. It is resistant to UV and weather conditions. This sandwich panel is ideal for aesthetically pleasing applications due to its smooth outer surface.
Classic-Therm® GFK highgloss PT
The core of the panel for building car bodies is an innovative foam with low weight and high mechanical strength. The outer layers are Highgloss laminate with high stiffness and a smooth glossy surface. The plate is intended for building car bodies with high aesthetics.
Classic-Therm® GFK highgloss EPS
Panel for versatile elements for automotive manufacturing with high gloss polyester / glass laminate. Highgloss laminate is resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions and is approved for contact with food. It is more “smooth” than the Standard version. The core of the board is EPS (expanded polystyrene).
Classic-Therm® GFK stucco HC
GFK sandwich panel for automotive industry with highly impact-resistant Stucco laminate – structure. Inner layer made of HC – polypropylene honeycomb. Sanwich panels for vehicle superstructures such as: catering trailers, cargo trailers, vans, campers, horse trailers, sanitary trailers, etc.

Classic-Therm® GFK stucco EPS
Sandwich panel with the outer layer made of Stucco laminate. The core of the board is expanded polystyrene. Thanks to high resistance to impacts and weather conditions as well as low weight, it works well as all kinds of superstructures of trailers and cars.
